Proofreader-basic editing for grammar and punctuation.
Developmental Editor-an editor who helps with development of the structure, audience, plot, and tone of the story.
Content Editor-a person who reviews and adjusts the content, character, and dialogue to reach the desired published product.
Copy Editor-a person well-versed in content editing and proofreading, but also formats and fact checks.
Ghostwriter-a person who writes all, or some, of your project without being credited as a writer while you retain ownership of the complete work.
